Shelly serves as the Director of First Impressions at Financial Impact Advisors, where her warm and welcoming personality helps ensure every client feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. Her natural sociability and genuine care for others allow her to build meaningful connections and foster lasting relationships.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Whitewater and brings over a decade of experience in client services. Shelly combines her education and professional background to provide thoughtful, attentive support to clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs. Long evening walks with her dog Teddy are one of her favorite ways to unwind. An avid lover of the outdoors, she finds energy and positivity in staying active. Shelly also has a passion for music and frequently attends live concerts to soak in the rhythm and atmosphere.
